A while ago I purchased some red heart-print knit fabric with the intention of making a shirt. Welp, I fell in love with the Hudson Pants and decided that the fabric would make some great comfy-pants for around the house... and just in time for Valentines Day!

These pants are super comfy, and I'm quite pleased with how well they turned out. I didn't quite have enough for the waistband, but luckily I has some red ponte knit hanging around, and it worked out perfectly for the waistband and the pocket contrast bits.
Here in Ontario we got a holiday Monday for Family Day, so my husband and I spent most of the weekend in a cozy cabin in the woods. If you're in the Ottawa area, I would very much recommend checking out the cabins at Mariposa Farm. This is our second year spending the long weekend there, and I think we might make it a tradition! Anyways - these pants are great! The print is super cute, and they're incredibly comfortable.
